    You can go to Tracking &gt; Tasks and create a new task and don't associate it with a requirement. You may need to adjust the workflow to make sure that you are not requiring a requirement for the task. However, there is a separate board specifically for tasks. On the main task list, in the upper right, youll see buttons labeled  Table  and  Board . Click Board to display the task planning board.
