Hi, cannot create helpdesk ticket, so posting here. Added GIT plugin to SpiraTeam, but after configuration on the Source Control page Spira is giving an error: Unable to load the specified Version Control provider. You can submit a help desk ticket and attach the event log if so (save in EVT or EVTX file formats zipped up). Also what protocol are you using to connect to the GIT repository with?
