I cannot Import/Export Custom Values or Lookups using the MS Excel add-in because neither appears in the artefact drop-down list. There doesn't seem to be much point in having these worksheet templates if you can't use them. I don't think this is version specific to Excel 2003/2007/2010+, but I am on Office 2016 and SpiraTeam v4. Has anyone else encountered this?

<a10:contributor><a10:email>support@inflectra.com</a10:email></a10:contributor><a10:id>http://www.inflectra.com/kronodesk/forums/threads</a10:id>

Custom Values and Lookups cannot be Imported or Exported to Excel

Hi Geoff Not all versions of the add-ins support importing custom values, so you may be using one of the older versions. For SpiraTeam v4.x, please try using this version - https://www.inflectra.com/Support/KnowledgeBase/KB222.aspx Regards Adam

To fix: - Ensure the add-in is updated and properly connected to your SpiraTeam instance. - Check that Custom Values and Lookups are enabled and populated in SpiraTeam. - Try restarting Excel and reloading the add-in to refresh the artifact list. - If still missing, contact Inflectra support-this may require a metadata sync or patch. Common across versions; not Excel-specific.
