So I would first check that this API is active and that the JIRA URL is correct inside SpiraTeam. If that doesn't work, I'd check with Atlassian support to see what else needs to be enabled. I am facing following issues: 1. I cannot get status ID of statuses on JIRA (I can get the others via their JIRA's URL) 2. On my JiraDataSync Project Data Mapping screen, I can not see any Custom Properties link to config for section 2.2.5. Configuring the Custom Property Mapping on the guide line (PSB for the guide I'm using) 3. I dont know how to start the SpiraTeam Data Sync Service because I have no idea on Spira Team server . The Spira Team was installed by someone from my customer side and my customer advised that it is hosted on cloud. Do you have any idea to advise on this? Please help...
