New Partnership Structure Is Coming To Inflectra

Here at Inflectra, we’ve been taking some time to evaluate our partner relationships and do some deep thinking about how we can best support them. When the company first started, our goal was to partner with as many consulting and product companies as possible to grow brand awareness. Being a global company, that’s a lot of ground to cover! Over time we’ve entered into hundreds of partnerships – some strong and long-lasting, and some less so. 

When Inflectra’s Partner Manager position was created a few years ago, it was with this goal in mind: support and develop those partner relationships with strong synergies and shared mutual goals. After months of strategy and brainstorming sessions, drafts and revisions, we’ve developed an initial structure that we believe will best highlight the added value our partner network brings to our customers and the geographic and thematic variety of partnerships we nurture. For partners, this structure is intended to provide resources, opportunities for collaboration, support, and above all, unparalleled incentives. 

Without further ado, let us proceed with the unveiling.

Strategic Partners: 

These partners are distributed geographically and function as close consulting extensions of Inflectra. Strategic partners are those with whom we have developed deep relationships over many years and are experts in Spira, KronoDesk, Rapise, and the best practices for their use. Strategic Partners will generally be limited to one per country,  geographic region, or industry. They are our first recommendation for consulting work in their respective countries. Strategic Partners will receive free Inflectra tools for internal training and discounts on tools for production use. “Strategic Partners” will be listed separately on the Inflectra website.

Strategic partners will maintain a high level of engagement with Inflectra, including maximizing joint opportunities for sales, marketing, conferences, and strategy sessions. In addition, strategic Partners will have Inflectra-Certified consultants and sales staff and will ensure annual recertifications.

These partners fall under the category of preferred technical resellers or solutions providers. Channel Partners receive many of the same benefits of partnership that Strategic Partners receive. In addition, Channel Partners can decide at which level they would like to participate and modify engagement levels accordingly. “Channel Partners” will be listed in a searchable database on the website.


Channel Partners: 

Depending on their level, Channel Partners will be offered leads (non-US) and additional technical and consulting work, as available, based on mutual agreement. Channel Partners will also receive free Inflectra tools for internal training and discounts on tools for production use. Channel Partners will acquire and keep current certifications for technical and sales staff and maintain regular levels of engagement with Inflectra, such as InflectraCon attendance, representation at the Inflectra-sponsored conferences, content co-creation for social media, and Partner Summit attendance.

Channel Partner Training And Certification

This structure allows our partners to choose the level at which they want to participate in our Channel Partner program. 

Inflectra is in the process of developing and building out our comprehensive training and certification program - Spira Academy. Spira Academy presents an opportunity for our partners and customers to learn about our tools through a series of training modules and to demonstrate their proficiency via a certification test. The certifications will be free for our partners through June 2022. Each Channel Partnership level requires a commitment from our Partner to have the certain number of staff achieve certifications in various courses. Annual assessments at the end of the 2nd quarter will determine the partnership level for the next year.

We also request that our Partners maintain the required level of engagement with Inflectra in the areas of events, content development, marketing, and participation in InflectraCon - Inflectra’s annual user conference. 

 

Inflectra-certified Freelancers: 

Partners come in all shapes and sizes! We welcome our freelancers, who are our go-to technical resource in various countries around the globe, always ready to dive into consulting work. Freelancers will be searchable in the Channel Partners database.
