GetApp has just released its 2015 Q1 Customer Service ranking, GetRank, and KronoDesk has made the top 25.
GetRank is GetApp’s quarterly ranking of the top 25 cloud-based business apps in different product categories. The ranking is based on five data points scored out of 20 (User Reviews, Integrations, Mobile App, Media Presence, and Security), for a total score out of 100.
Each app’s GetRank score is completely independent of commercial interests and existing relationships that GetApp has with app vendors.
