Common Email Sending Issues when using SpiraTeam or KronoDesk
It is a common need to be able to connect our products (SpiraTest, SpiraPlan, SpiraTeam and KronoDesk) to a mail server. If we are hosting it in our cloud, then we take care of this for you, however if you are hosting it yourselves, you need to connect Spira or KronoDesk to an SMTP mailserver.
